Vision

The Government of Telangana aims to restore and conserve and regenerate the environs of the “ Durgam Cheruvu”, of total 357.3 acres. Creating an iconic skyline of seamless typology of Architecture. The thematic foci in spatial design of ‘Durgam Cheruvu’ environs by having a holistic approach thus establishing connections between ecology and amenities. Project aims to have an environmentally spatial design with the lake front as the central focus surrounded by different mixed-use typology such as Theatre concerts, Open air art and cultural plazas, Boutique hotels, Pubs, Food courts, Low rise commercial spaces, etc. Interconnecting the neighborhood pedestrian side roads, tree line streets, road networks thus giving the users comfort and ease and ample parking facilities. The naturalness of the environment allows it to become one holistic urban conglomerate with environmentally friendly architecture space design, material selection of environmental friendliness, publicness and site relevant The diverse lake front precinct guaranties the awakening status of Durgam Cheruvu’s character consistent to its surrounding environment.
